		<description>I&#039;ve been following the debate in the Lyon Park and Ashton Heights listservs.  Mostly, it strikes me as extreme pettiness on all sides.  In the end, though, I&#039;d come down on the side of the RV owner, if he parked it on his own property.

Arlington normally handles things well, but this is not an example of that.</description>
