New Fitness Center Opening in Clarendon This Weekend

A new kind of fitness center will be opening its doors on Saturday. The Clarendon Fitness Collective is “a total change from the mega gyms in the area,” says spokesperson Sandra Rodriguez.

This will the first mid-Atlantic location for the Brooklyn, New York-based Fitness Collective, which some have described as “a gym for people who don’t like going to gyms.”

“Clarendon Fitness Collective is a specialized fitness center that combines strength, cardio, flexibility, and nutrition into a program specialized for each individual,” Rodriguez said

There will be free classes, massages, snacks and beverages for Saturday’s grand opening.

On Saturday, April 17th, The Clarendon Fitness Collective will open its doors at 3100 Clarendon Blvd. The Fitness Collective is a New York-based fitness center that uses a unique multi-trainer approach.  The concept combines strength, cardio, flexibility, and nutrition into a program specialized for each individual.

No matter what your fitness level is, The Clarendon Fitness Collective will provide specialized training. Offering one-on-one personal training, group classes, and small group training, there is something for everyone.  Group classes will range from kickboxing to yoga, and as an introduction to The Clarendon Fitness Collective a 10 pack of group classes will cost $99, opposed to the $15 per classes.

Leading the Clarendon location, are Doug and Stephanie Miller, husband and wife team of champion all natural professional physique competitors. Combined, they have over 25 years of fitness training and have selected a high-caliber team to work with all clients.

“We are excited to bring a new fitness program to Arlington-area residents. From moms to professional trainers, we’re glad to help everyone reach their fitness goals,” says Stephanie Miller, Co-Owner.
