They have similar names, similar URLs, similar articles, and a similar layout. But Shirlington Village Blog and Shirlington Village Blogspot are, in fact, at war with each other, at least on the masthead.

For what it’s worth, the “modern and better” contender gives me eyestrain, like a piece of Op Art or a movie trailer with too many special effects.
Now the Shirlington Village Blog reads “The Original and still the Greatest Shirlington Village Blog. More than just ads and googles.” Ha! That’s hilarious.
Unfortuately, we’ve just found that http://shirlington.blogspot.com/ has taken an original post from Arlington Kids and copied and pasted it as it’s own. I guess we should be flattered but we’d have loved it if we had gotten an email prior to the post, maybe a link back, or credit to Arlington Kids as we’re the ones who actually wrote the post. Lets make connections in the Arlington community. Not steal others work. We can do better.
