As of now most of the rain is over, though a couple of storms could move through later in the evening. In my neighborhood, Campbell ES recorded 0.26″ hardly a flash flood by most standards. Much of the really bad weather hit to our north and east during this phase of the system. A patch of storms near Charleston WV could hit us later tonight.
