Sorry, but I think this is a bad location. No one is going to see this next to the post office, let alone walk way over from the mall or even Costco.

Yeah, I much prefer the loud areas of North Arlington – 30 cupcake and froyo shops, overpriced food, lack of parking, dudes in brown flip-flops, and their scores for the evening puking all over the street. It’s so *authentic* !

Maybe one day they’ll let me in. Till then I’m in boring Pentagon City. Maybe I need more brown flip-flops.

You’re upset about “central planning” for the proliferation of yogurt shops?

If an independent business owner thinks he can make a profit in opening up a yogurt shop because he believes there’s a lot of demand for yogurt (rightly or wrongly), you would begrudge him the opportunity to open?

Smart Growth!

We need — or at least our central planners tell us we need — more density, more hyper-density, hyper-density of people, hyper-density of frozen yogurt places, hyper-density of upscale burger bars, etc. Not just any hyper-density, but Soylent Green density!

So what if people are bored of it all already due to oversaturation? You’ll pay for it anyway.
