  • Garden City

Wow! That $2M snout house at 3603 27th St N has a current assessed value of $565,900. Someone needs to have a catch-up assessment and help close that county budget gap.

    • coppa

Obviously that would be for whatever was on the lot before this “New Home”

      • PL25rd

That’s about the assessed value of lots alone in that area, or a lot with a run-down older house on it. I’m guessing there was a tear-down there before.

  • Neighbor

    What is a snout house?

    • Snout Secret…

Well, if you have to ask……….

    • malaka

      $1,995,000 in this zip code

      • Nose

Now that is what I call a schnoz !!

    • Harlan County

The front of the house is all garage. What a buy!

  • CW

The County Board says the local economy is headed to the crapper and the fiscal cliff is on its way, but go ahead and buy that $800k shack you have been dreaming of. It will be a great investment! Cheers!
