The new carry out may sell beer but… no serve food, no serve beer.
There is a restaurant which offers carry out, but there is no such thing as a carry out thats a restaurant.

Typically I’d feel bad about that, but the guy that owns and manages the property is a jerk so I understand why. The townhouses above it appear to be nice but were not well thought out. The units are 3 and 4 bedrooms on 3 stories, yet lack a yard, have no storage space and offer zero community amenities beyond a parking garage and a dumpster. There are only 12 units in the complex and according to their web site 4 are still available for sale despite being built 5 years ago. Other properties around it are newer and are thriving.

Lots of dust & debris gets kicked up sawing things and putting in new equipment. Usually contractors will put up some boards to cover the window and to make the boards look nicer they put paper on them. Why damage the windows if it can be avoided.
