i drove in va and dc this morning, and the number of cars driving in ice and snow, wipers going, without headlights, was staggering. i just don’t get it.

Perhaps Arlnow can look into why Columbia Pike is suffering so many water main breaks these days? Someone should be held accountable.

agreed. people need to turn on their headlights, clear their windows of snow, and ensure that their tires are M&S rated (mud and snow). Also, 4×4 != traction.
