Agree with SaltyDog–whatever you can get your hands on as long as they’re fresh and delicious. At a previous job I sold New Point Oysters from farmer Jack White on the James River; if they’re still available anywhere up here I highly recommend them.

Yeah, the whole Blackwater Series is intense. Choklat is probably my favorite, though mostly for it’s ice-cream topping ability.

I actually like the Steadman labels, but the names can get to be a bit much sometimes. They are who they are, though. If they changed now everyone would talk about how boring they became.

Actually their IPA is about the best I’ve ever tasted. And I had to overcome the name right from the start because I consider all dogs guilty until proven innocent. But it’s good beer.
