This place is horrid. Nobody who works here knows the menu. It usually takes about three tries to order a small non-fat latte. And no matter how many times you say it (or whether you use “skim” or “non-fat”) they inevitably ask “with skim milk?” and “what size?” when they finally find it on the register. Want a Boston Cream donut? You’ll have to repeat that three times as well. “Did you say you wanted a maple donut?” No. “A plain donut?” No. Boston Cream. “Oh. How many?” Re-train, re-hire, or you’re going out of business as soon as the free coffee promotion is over.
