He’s the idiot congressman who suggested we get rid of the NWS because we have the Weather Channel–not knowing that the Weather Channel gets all its data from the NWS.

If you think weather prediction is not necessary, fine. Don’t think anyone else is going to have the satellites and radar and computers to do it any better than NWS.

Capital Weather Gang is awesome, and very hipster dudes too.

The government is terrible at their weather forecasting. They should not even be doing it if they are so bad. I say shut them down and save some money. If you can not get your forecast right, it is a waste of taxpayer money.
