		<description><![CDATA[the high rises going up now are poseurs.  you haven&#039;t seen anything, yet.  wait until the owners of the River House Apartments want to redevelop all that land along S Joyce across from Pent Row.  the land could add double or triple its density (more and higher buildings) and still not look congested.  actually, i think this is why the local neighborhood associations are fighting Pen Place ... they may be girding for the fight over River House in 5 or 10 years over bulding height and traffic.  the upside potential (rental and tax revenues) for that land is crazy huge.]]></description>
