I wouldn’t be surprised if PRR dies a slow death in that inconvenient location– I already go to the courthouse fedex instead of the ballston location (I can both drive and metro to the courthouse store). As soon as PRR closed, I started going to Pacers in Clarendon– and I can’t imagine anyone near the VA square metro going out to PRR when Pacers is just as close and right next to the metro stop as well.
