Making it slippery, Someone could fall, let alone inhale it.

I guess they couldn't afford any workman's helpers to sweep up after they blew the budget on 30 x Metro Rail employees per station to stand around with their hands in their pockets and say, "HEY! Do you need a bus! Look, it's right here!"

LOL.

The true strength of steel lies in the hand that wields it…

court house was extremely cloudy around 8:40 this morning, with some of the dust having settled to the floor but most of it still suspended

the station manager was wearing a dust mask, so they clearly knew something was up, but no notices or announcements to the public – and lots of riders just waiting around breathing “it” in

Irony.  A smoker complaining about potentially inhaling something "bad".

Funny how they don't arrested for polluting the air like I would. Something tells me what we inhaled was far worse than cigarette smoke.

Well, that would have to be some seriously disgusting dust to be worse than smoke:  "Over 4000 chemical compounds are created by burning a cigarette, many of which are toxic and/or carcinogenic. Carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, hydrogen cyanide and ammonia are all present in cigarette smoke. Forty-three known carcinogens are in mainstream smoke, sidestream smoke, or both."

Let me know when cigarette smoke, especially one, desposits smoke residue throughout thousands of square feet, and settling on the floor, making it slippery so that people could slip on the the tracks. The stuff was even collecting on the turnstyle things. You don't know what that is. could be asbestos for all we know and are youg oing to to claim cigarette smoke is worse? There are carcinogens in everything.

Right. I don't know what it is any more than you do.  So its hard to leap to the assumption it is far worse than cigarette smoke.  And saying there are "carcinogens in everything" is a gross overstatement but if that helps you rationalize being a smoker, that's cool.  I'll end here before I get called a liberal bully.  Have a nice day!
