“Bistro360 is really three boutique eateries in one place,” explains owner Art Hauptman who also owns Cassatt’s, the popular New Zealand-style café on Lee Highway in Arlington. “You can come in and relax with a glass of wine or beer in the Wine Bar, stay and sample dishes from around the world in the Bistro or check out the Market with its various food and drink offerings to enjoy at home.”
French-born Chef Jacques Imperato has taken the lead on developing seasonal menus that focus on distinctive dishes drawn from cuisines around the world while Charleston Chef Scott Perry will manage the kitchen and add his flair to dishes such as shrimp and grits. “Customers will have the opportunity to eat and drink the best the world has to offer–right here in their own neighborhood in Arlington,” says Imperato. “This will be a great place to eat and drink both dine in and take away. I’m particularly excited about the range of rotisserie items we will be serving,” adds Perry.
