Since ‘Merci Rivers’ is NOT facebook verified it is highly recommended by ‘gofundme’ website to NOT donate.
She’s been on the site for 8 days and has zero donations….you’d think she might try the facebook thing.

Its not a false name but because of confidentiality of My Mother and even some of my Family Members its not in my Best Interest to do such you can contact me @ TMerci2007@gmail.com if you wish to speak with me further…due to your Investigating skills I’ve requested that this be removed off the ARLnow page. I’m not ashamed @ all but my Family has a lot of pride. Which is their right; I can’t disturb that.
So basically you are keeping your solicitation efforts secret from your friends and family by using a false identity. Good luck with that. Confidentiality is not your friend in a situation where you are asking for help, and especially not when you are asking for money. Anything less than complete honesty and transparency when you are asking for money will be interpreted as fraud. Which is what I believe happened here on this forum. You may be telling the truth, but you are doing it using the same exact technique that is used by the Nigerian email scams that land in peoples inboxes everyday. If you want help, be completely honest, and do not hide your efforts from your friends and family. Put pride to the wayside and be genuine. Don’t go sneaking around on the interwebs creating false names and trying to pull on peoples heart strings. That’s just shady.
No I’m not some of my friends are aware but yes for the Pride of my Family Yes…I understand where you are coming from but all in all; this world has no room for cry babies or anything close to that. I am going to have to struggle a minute or two but I will be okay. It was suggested to me by a friend to create a gofundme page but because of the confidentiality of it as you said it really will not be useful to me. My efforts were applied as much as I could apply and really I’m a firm believer that in times like this; it is strangers that are more keen to wanting to aide. Sometimes, FAMILY just ain’t FAMILY.
