My modem has had one flashing light since Christmas evening. no amounts of resetting it has worked, so I’m thinking it’s actually comcast.
I haven’t had any problems. Try powering down your pc, then your unplugging your router, then your modem, in that order. Wait a few seconds then plug everything back in in the reverse order. That usually does the trick for me.
