What are the best rental apartment large buildings in Arlington in your opinion or best large rental firms?

I’ve had great experiences with Dittmar, at least their properties at Virginia Square and at Randolph and 10th St- they tend to be a bit pricey, but are very well managed and responsive to tenants.

Barton House is the best bang for your buck. If you’re willing to pay more (2k+ for a 1br), most of the newer buildings are decent.

hands down Barton House – very cheap for the area with all inclusive rent (utilities and parking are included and basic cable! and laundry was only a quarter a load!) its an older building though if that bothers you so it doesn’t have the granite countertops/stainless steel, but I lived there for 7 years, (took me 8 months to get in after being on the waiting list) and loved the place. I promised myself I wouldn’t move out until I purchased my own place (which we did this past year.) You cant beat the price for the location (walking distance to both clarendon and courthouse metro) and what you get for what you pay.
