I have noticed a new “fad” over the past year or so which is disturbing, at best. Men seem to think that looking like they just rolled out of bed with an unkempt appearance looks good. It started with a days growth of beard and is now well into a week of scrub. Haircuts are not in evidence and a comb obviously couldn't be found. If the hair is “combed” it is into a EuroTrash style with a “pin head” look like in a Tin Tin Comic. You can see them in the same shirt and pants they wore to work that week because the soup stains are evident! Shoe polish is non existent as well as clean fingernails. Ironing? What's that? Weekends can find them lounging in the same T shirt they slept in…..I am too timid to check their underwear, but can only guess they are yesterdays stains! I am wondering why women date such unkempt, filthy specimens of the metro sexual “male”?
My final question is: If a woman had dirty, uncombed/brushed hair, didn't shave their legs or pits, nor wore clean, crisp clothes, wore dirty shoes, didn't “pluck” or wear any makeup, looked like she just rolled out of bed, WHAT WOULD YOU THINK? Would YOU date her?

By the way…there are plenty of women who look like that quite often. What rock do you live under and, again, why do you care?My question is: Unless you are an employer, their partner, a Judge in his own courtroom, or in a venue which by its nature calls for a clean well-kept appearance…..Why the hell would anybody (with a life of his own) give a flying______what someone else looks like! Oh…and a lot of women look like how you describe. What rock do you live under?
But again, why would you care how someone grooms himself or what s/he wears?

@Mickey – just because somebody isn't up at 0500 hours polishing their boots and cleaning their rifle doesn't necessarily make them a dirt bag. Did you just fall from the sky from the year 1952?
I don't care what time they get up. I made an observation and asked a question regarding what women date such people. If you are taking it personal, I guess that you are a woman dating such a person, OR you roll out of bed and go to work with what you had on yesterday!…..streaks and all.
OR secure enough with ourselves that we don't have to worry about what everybody else is doing!
