    honestly, i’m not sure, and i never bothered to look it up. when we take our leftover wine to go at Pupatella, i make sure to ask the server to do whatever corking they need to do — typically it’s simply shoving the cork in and putting it in some sort of bag. i usually wedge the bottle securely in my car’s back cargo area as an added precaution, but i don’t know if that really adds anything.
