My only interests in these two projects are the hotel bar and ground floor retail. Really don't care about losing what's there right now.
From the look of the building, I wouldn’t expect much from the hotel bar.
And I also wouldn’t care much about losing what’s there if I had any faith in the county or developers to replace it with something other than franchise/corporate tenants.
YES! Here’s to arlington becoming even duller than it already is! I hear there are still some buildings over 20 years old, let’s knock them down and put in subways as the retail tenant! that will make arlington great! And we can knock down the arlington house and make that into a diversity center and homeless shelter!
ahum: glad to see you are warming up for your usual Friday temper tantrums.
aldo, I see once again you can’t discuss the actual topic without turning the discussion into being about me.
and you just can’t resist responding.
But I meant that to be a comment about your statement that Arlington is dull. Because you make it pretty exciting. (how’s that for backtracking?)
