    ISO a low-cost provider for combined wireless phone (basic phone — only receiving and making calls) and connection to internet for computer and tablet.

    Recommendations?

    There are numerous ways of getting this for wireless phone also. I am wondering if I could get this connection for an iPad applications development project which is recently done.

    I would say to get a pre-paid T-Mobile dumb-phone and add a 4G hotspot: link

     

    Tmo has the lowest mobile broadband rates as far as I know, starting at $40/mo for 2GB/mo up to $80/mo for 10GB/mo.

     

    I mean, google is your friend.
