I think you should leave it and post photos for us once in awhile. Do you think it will ever get moldy? I mean, it’s been wet. Why isn’t it getting moldy and why aren’t critters eating it? It seems like they would see that as a nice treat and dive in.
WEll, if its subway “bread” then I don’t think any animal life would want to eat it, and since there is high cardboard content, it won’t get moldy.
I can’t believe the bread is still there! That’s hilarious! The bags are changing more than the bread. Hmmm….it must be some sort of Frankenbread….
Apparently something attempted to eat a piece of bread though.
Interesting….It sure took a long time to get to this state. I expected to see it like this after the first day or so, not two weeks later. I guess the critters in Arlington have a more discriminating palate.
Im sure the water made it more moist for them to to actually want to try eating it
I’m thinking novasteve planted the bags of bread so he would have something else to obsess over.
Well, it’s better than the cup of urine by the bench in Rosslyn that wasn’t removed for an entire week.
The bags are now gone. I believe the construction workers took them away. The sidwalk is now stained where the bags were.
I can’t wait until this fascinating tale gets The Hardy Boys treatment.
That reminds me — WHY is that trashed and smashed TV set in the employee driveway at the South Station (1210 Glebe Rd) Post Office STILL THERE?????
