Seen him twice this week walking down barton street from Clarendon Blvd. He goes around, looking at all the litter. Usually picks it up, then throws it back down. He even tried to pick up a smooshed piece of gum. As I neard, he yelled something at someone else, and when I walked by him, he put up both fists in a boxing type pose. Welcome to our new neighbor, no doubt thanks to the county board’s policies!
there’s really only one solution to this problem, which is for you to move to the mountains and never post here again
If you have zero intention of discussing the subject of posts, why do you reply?
Wonder if he picked up that diaper that’s been sitting next to the sidewalk for two months…
If he did pick it up, be put it back down again. He Picks everything up, looks at it, then drops it again.
Steve, don’t worry- he won’t hurt you. Unless he reads this forum…
I’ve seen a guy late at night at ballston station do this. probably the same guy. just don’t make eye contact

Well, it’s about 10 feet away from where it had been sitting for the past few months and has been opened, so it’s possible he did pick it up and examine it. Or somebody just kicked it.
Is this perhaps the “Muay Thai bum of Rosslyn?” If so, he’s not new.
Was his guard very high?
(Looks like I’m locked out of the other thread… is it the weekend yet?)
Not sure of the stance or the style, as I didn’t want to make eye contact, saw the fists from my peripheral vision. Learned good peripheral vision from being a marching band dork.
Was he wearing a karate or jiu jitsu gi by any chance?
No, both times I saw him he was wearing I believe a dark coat and some kind of khakish cargo type pants, but in a homeless kind of style. Even had he not been yelling, making fists or picking up litter, I would still have thought he was probably homeless.
