Has the New Penrose Plaza on Columbia Pike gotten any use? I haven’t seen anyone sit in the chairs or hang around the “sculpture”. Most Action I’ve seen is this one lady let her pug go #1 on a bush.
I don’t see much use to date MissKittenCat
So far I have just seen middle schoolers using it as a skate park.

It’s kind of cold for most people to be outside at tables and chairs; even for a quick meal. I think there will be more use once the weather gets warm.
It’s been sunny and nearly 70 degrees the past few days…
I have used this new park a whole rack of times since it opened.
Well, seeing as how they opened it just in time for the colder weather, I’m not shocked. I’m willing to bet that in the spring you’ll see alot of your neighbors out there.
