Do the forum rules / guidelines allow commercial use, such as the previous post from the “Local Energy Alliance Program” (http://www.leap-va.org/)??

Now we have a second post–’Flood Helper.

Again, I’m asking the moderator–is this forum available to post free commercial advertising??

“Spam” posts by for-profit businesses are not allowed. Posts from nonprofits are allowed, within reason.
