We lost power.  Anybody else?  The fact that a small reptile could short out a substation does not instill the utmost confidence in Dominion.  Unless it was one of those Burmese pythons from the Everglades.

We lost power, too. So happy it came back on quickly. All I could think about was our lack of AC.

Yeah, we have a one week-old and were worried about the lack of AC.  Took about two and a half hours for our power to come back on.

You can’t expect power facilities to be perfect. They don’t build them to be snakeproof.

Thank God they don’t have black widows or brown recluses here. Imagine the power outtages they would have caused.

I know both a black widow and a brown recluse who reside at the Barton House.

Thanks, Dezl!   He’s our second.  We have a daughter who is a little less than two.
