South Mountain Creamery deliveries in apt building

Has anyone here successfully used South Mountain Creamery or similar to deliver their milk when living in a condo building with no doorman? I’m obviously going to ask my building manager, but was just curious to hear what other people have done. Can’t imagine it being kosher to just leave a cooler in the lobby, but I have seen the truck outside nearby buildings so I know someone’s figured out how to do it. Thanks in advance!

Strictly speaking it’s kosher if the milk is from a farm only raising cows, if the milk is processed under Jewish supervision, and the cooler has not contained any meat.  Ummm…..something tells me that isn’t quite what you were asking.  :-)

How do you receive deliveries, like pizza or packages via FedEx?  I would think the process would be the same.  Our daytime property manager typically lets UPS/FedEx in for deliveries.  In my building I can also buzz people in through a guest entrance that calls my cell phone.  So when I get a produce delivery they just dial the code at the call box, I buzz them in and then they leave the box at my door.
