Reading the whole article, it looks like they're throwing everything they can at the wall and seeing what will stick, which is pretty much what meteorologists always do.

Except it won't matter, cause the whole city will be shutdown as soon as the first flakes start falling. Stock up on your TP now…

Don't forget to stock up on the bread, milk, and eggs as well! Not only will everything shut down the moment the first flakes start falling, but the roads will be gridlocked before the first half inch accumulates.

Better yet, the salt trucks will be lined up all over town, and as soon as the first flake falls they will immediately dump their entire load, which of course won't do much b/c the ice hasn't even had time to form….

Exactly where in Arlington do you good folks live that you can't walk to any place where you can buy these things? All of these things are a short elevator ride away… not to mention three grocery stores within a mile and one of those being less than a quarter mile away.
Besides… who uses TP these days? I use wet wipes.

Good point, but it seems every snow storm we get happens in the middle of a work day, so when everyone gets early release, they all stop off at the store before going home.
Exclusively wet wipes? Don't you need to dry your butt off, at least ?

So I see this is what we have come to here.

Come on, that's a legit question. Maybe he likes walking around with wet butt…

Wet wipes are for losers – go for the bidet. Much better option!

Well… you COULD handle the big stuff by TP until you get down to the skid marks. You follow that up with some wet wipes. Or you could use wet wipes exclusively. Just depends on your current financial sitchiation.
And, FTR, wet wipes are just wet enough to get the job done. I'm not walking around looking like a 450lb cheeseburger loving, diet coke drinking big mama with bad case of booty sweat. Not that there's anything wrong with that.
