If they are going to spend that much on a busstop, list amenities you’d expect to see.
They should have wifi, a bathroom with attendants, and shoe shiners.
Personalized SiriusXM audio at each seat and one of those liquid cheese dispensers like they have at 7-11 (sorry, but you’ll have to supply your own tortilla chips).
I think the seats should have liners on them like the toilet seats have at the chicago airports. A machine spins a new liner onto it.
free phone charging and a Smart Trip card Kiosks. A posted Guide to Columbia Pike, featuring local business and events ( Atilas greek restaurant , that yoga place , Blues Festival etc..) as well as 3 parking spots for food trucks. Even some room for a halal or hotdog stand!
Oh and ample CLEAN seating with proper shelter from the elements! some decent lighting for night time.
might as well throw in a cold/hot air machine for the summer and winter months.
A customized vegan only restaurant providing service to the bus stop. SO, I could call the restaurant and say I am at the bus stop and they would deliver whatever I ask them to make just in time before my bus gets there. Only then I would approve such as $1M bus stop.
does that Rite Aid even have the ice cream shop in it?
