Just wondering why more posters don’t use avatars. I tend to link the avatar with the personality of the writer, and use them to quickly find posts by my favorite posters. And, dearly miss the avatar that novasteve used to have. No idea if it resembles him, but it did fit his posts.
So, gang, consider using an avatar. And no, I don’t play video games, don’t have any other avatars, and have never seen that movie (with same name?) with the flying dinosaurs and alien looking people.
And if you do have an avatar, care to share what it is?
Mine is my dog Scout. Mixed beagle, 30 pounds. Whiner extraordinaire.
I guess I don’t see where to go to add an avatar when I am logged into Arlnow. How do I add one? I see how to do it in Disqus but I just haven’t taken the time. Mine would probably be a palm tree on a sunny beach or some pretty flowers in my garden.
I have one on the disqus but not on the forum. Just too lazy I guess.

Interestingly ? I don’t have an avatar under my profile on Arlnow. Maybe because I (think) first used it with WordPress?
Now I have an Avatar. I’ll probably change it but that was easy!
I enjoy having an avatar on frequently used pages. I didn’t load one on ARLnow for the first month or two but doing so seemed like a logical choice the more I used it.
As sort of an egocentric, thank you for giving me the opportunity to talk about myself.
My avatar is a four year old me with some thug tattoos photoshopped on.
Mine is obviously an image of a SF Giants player (my favorite team) and I like to think it is Will Clark, my favorite player, who was known for using a lot of eye black.
