Chad Hackmann, head of Alair Homes Arlington, and his team brought home several awards from the NARI event on February 8th. Hackmann won The Community Service award (COTY) for donating his time, energy, and materials to help individuals and groups in need.
The Community Service Award is traditionally presented to a NARI member (individual or firm) who aid could be related to construction services rendered for free or simply time and material help in conjunction with another organization’s effort. This award is judged on the value of the contribution to the community over time and potential future benefits
Chad’s involvement in community work is but not limited to: committing time and resources for The Big Build, being a Board Member of the Phoenix House which helps folks with building problems, Homes for the Troops provides the proper house for returning vets with injuries that require special accommodations, Make-A-Wish, building a wheelchair swing, Sponsored Rebuild Together, Doorways for Women & Families sponsor, Little League Sponsor, Scholar’s Cup Sponsor. Chad also is dedicated to the goals and vision of NARI as a whole.
