Believe it or not, summer is right around the corner! At least that’s our mindset at Arlington Arts Center as we prepare for our annual summer camps. We look forward to welcoming campers ages 5 to 18 from June 24-August 30 this year. Our engaging summer program for children and teens was recognized as Arlington Magazine’s Best Art Camp for 2018.

Campers explore a range of themes from Strange Landscapes, where they depict the world around them and create inventive landscapes of their own design, to Celebrating Contemporary American Artists, where our instructors introduce campers to renowned contemporary artists, giving them the opportunity to learn new techniques in drawing, painting and construction.

Form/Function camps will coincide with AAC’s summer exhibition, with campers visiting the galleries and creating their own inspired works of art based on the themes and techniques featured in the exhibition.

Join AAC for just one week or up to nine! Our flexible schedule with morning, afternoon and full day options, allows campers to participate in the programs that best fit their summer plans and interests. Complimentary before and aftercare options are available, allowing campers to extend their day at AAC from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
