Arlington’s own Bowen McCauley Dance Company launches Season 23! Audiences can expect new works & fabulous venues from our award-winning contemporary dance company led by Artistic Director, Lucy Bowen McCauley.

Saturday, October 13 — 5:00 p.m., Cantate Chamber Singers led by Music Director Gisèle Becker along with BMDC present Gloriana, Britten’s opera written in celebration of the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II (1953). A Memorial Performance on Sunday, November 11 – 4:00 p.m. in celebration of Veteran’s Day & the 100th Anniversary of Armistice Day (1918) by the Arlington Philharmonic Orchestra and its Music Director, A. Scott Wood. BMDC dancers will perform a repertoire favorite, Eric Hampton’s UnRavel (restaged 2018) presented for the first time to live music! UnRavel is set to the musical sensibilities of Maurice Ravel’s Le Tombeau de Couperin. The evening is dedicated to Ravel & his many friends lost in WWI. Join us at Kenmore M.S. Auditorium, 200 S. Carlin Springs Road, Arlington.
