The 16th Annual “Artful Weekend” Art Show and Sale is coming again to the beautiful and historic Hendry House at Ft. C.F. Smith Park in Arlington. A popular pre-holiday event in Northern Virginia, the art on display is created by 40 top Arlington-based artists. Featured are paintings of many genres, ceramics, jewelry, sculpture, artist’s cards, unframed works and more. Great for holiday shopping!

An Opening Reception will be held on Friday, November 16 from 6-8pm–come meet the artists and enjoy light refreshments at the Hendry House. The show will also be open 10am-5pm Saturday, November 17 and 12 noon-4pm on Sunday, November 18.

Arlington Artists Alliance is a 150-member nonprofit organization that creates and promotes local art to enrich the Arlington community. We also manage two art galleries in the area which showcase the work of established and emerging regional artists: Gallery Underground in the Crystal City Shops at 2100 Crystal Drive, Arlington, VA 22202, and Gallery Clarendon at 2800 Clarendon Blvd. in Arlington–which was just voted “Best Place to Buy Local Art” by Arlington Magazine readers for 2019!

The show takes place Nov. 16-18 at Ft. C.F. Smith Park, 2411 24th St N, Arlington, VA 22207
