ROCKLANDS Barbeque and Grilling Company, home of the hot-sauce Wall of Fire, will host its second annual hot sauce contest on Thursday, September 10. Contestants can submit a batch of their homemade sauce to be judged.

Everyone and anyone is welcome to attend the evening pig roast, judging and tasting. Tickets will be $20 at the door (cash or credit card), for all-you-care-to-eat barbeque carved off a whole smoked pig, sides and craft beer. All proceeds benefit Wounded Warrior Project; let’s give them even more money this year!

How to compete:
All entries (hot sauces) must be submitted to Will or Brad at ROCKLANDS Arlington by 12 noon on Wednesday, September 9, 2015. Please submit at least a 16-ounce portion of hot sauce, clearly labeled with your name and contact information. We’ll accept one entry per person, and we do NOT need your recipe. Contestants must be present to win. Contest will be limited to the first 25 entries. There will be a trophy (and bragging rights) for 1st and 2nd place.

When and where:
Thursday, September 10, 2015, 5:30 pm – 8:00 pm
