Our Executive Chef Donal Crosbie, Head Chef Josh Ber, and Director of Brewing Josh Moon have combined their talents to create an exquisite four-course dining experience. Our flagship beers serve as ingredients in several of the dishes, and we’ll be serving limited and barrel-aged releases to compliment each course. This curated meal will also include introductions of each course from our culinary team and brew team.
