Every summer since 1995, Columbia Pike has hosted the largest Blues Festival in the D.C. metropolitan area. This free outdoor music event sees thousands of residents and visitors come together each year in South Arlington. From live blues, jazz, and bluegrass music, family-friendly activities, and craft beer and wine to local vendors, you’ll find something for everyone!

Celebrating its 25th Anniversary with its first fully in-person event since the pandemic, vocalist Shemekia Copeland (2021 Blues Foundation “Entertainer of the Year”) headlines The Columbia Pike Blues Festival on Saturday, June 18th from 1 to 8:30 p.m. The special anniversary lineup will showcase a full lineup of blues, R&B, and funk performers of national and regional notes, including Eric Scott, Robbin Kapsalis & Vintage #18, Shakin’ Woods, and Anthony “Swamp Dog” Clark.
