The Long Branch Nature Center and the Washington Area Butterfly Club are pleased to present a talk by conservationist and long – time citizen scientist Jim Waggener. He will talk about his species survey work at Occoquan Bay National Wildlife Refuge and other preserves in our region and how citizen science can contribute to public discussion and decision making on natural resources.
