September 2017 was the most active Atlantic hurricane season in history, with two months still remaining in the season. Natural disasters like Hurricanes Harvey, Irma and Maria, as well as intentional disasters, such as the Las Vegas shooting are a reminder for all of us to make sure we have emergency plans developed and updated. Yet, just 39% of Americans report having a household emergency plan that they have discussed with members of their household.

Join us for this game-based Personal & Family Emergency Preparedness workshop to learn how you and your family can better prepare for an emergency, as well as ReadyArlington’s volunteer programs that assist Emergency Management prepare for, and respond to emergencies.
