Songs of Welcome to Warm Your Hands & Heart

The Arlington Community Chorus will present its winter concert on Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at 7:30 p.m. in the Yorktown High School Auditorium. The program explores themes of welcoming others, the warmth of community, the blessings of home, and the common bonds shared by all humanity. A variety of styles and languages are featured, including Ukrainian, Arabic, Latin and Northern Sotho.

The concert is free and suitable for all ages. Audience members are invited to greet the chorus and enjoy refreshments immediately following the concert.

All levels of singers are welcome to join the Arlington Community Chorus, a non-audition ensemble that rehearses on Tuesday evenings at Washington-Liberty High School, under the direction of Cynthia Young and accompanied by Diane Carsten-Pelak.
