A year-long class focused on healthy eating, increased physical activity and weight loss to lower the risk of Type 2 Diabetes.
This is an on-going virtual program (30 sessions total) for individuals with Prediabetes, a history of Gestational Diabetes, or at high risk of developing Type 2 Diabetes. The classes focus on making sustainable changes to help lower the risk of developing Type 2 Diabetes. Classes meet weekly for the first 4 months, then biweekly for 4 months, then monthly for the final 3 months.
Please note: you cannot have a previous diagnosis of Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes for this program.
