In collaboration with the BID, Ouli has deployed bluetooth beacons throughout the neighborhood that will deliver notifications to users in the area of upcoming Crystal City events and exhibits with a level of personalization that only Ouli can provide.

This new cooperative fits Ouli’s win-win philosophy and is aimed at promoting Crystal City’s growing social, dining, and cultural scene. The Crystal City BID, responsible for promoting the social and economic development of Crystal City, sees the value added by Ouli.
