Body Image Support Group

Finding Peace with Your Body is a six-week support series designed to gently help you discover a deeper compassion for your body, regardless of how it looks today.

Healing our body image is a complex process, and it can often take a lot longer than we would like. Disordered eating and body image issues often go hand in hand, yet it is common for our relationship with food to begin to heal more quickly than our view of our bodies.

During our six weeks together, we will explore practical aspects of how we can make peace with our bodies from a foundation of what is Biblically true about our bodies as God created them. This course is open to individuals 14 and older. All groups are led by trained lay professionals in the eating disorder field. This series was created by our partners at FINDINGbalance.
