Having lived right there for a while, I can say that there are no limits to what can happen in Oakland Park. Guy with crrocs exposing himself? Par for the course.

    • BallstonGuy

Right on CW, that park is a magnet for weirdos. I have a number of female friends who won’t walk through it alone, even though it is a shortcut to the Metro. It doesn’t help that a number of organizations feed the homeless there, just encourages them to congregate and hang out there.

Crocs instead of brown flip-flops? Must be an out of towner.

As much as I despise the Arlington cab drivers, props to that driver for very much doing the right thing.

  • LyonParker

Guy in crocs exposing himself? I didn’t know Brett Favre was in town.

  • BerryBerryCold

When did they switch to Tuesday reports?

  • bob

Hmm, is that two burglaries in Rosslyn Heights?

Or as ARLNOW likes to call it, Colonial Village?

    • Matt

Wouldn’t be surprised if it was Rosslyn Heights as people seem to like to leave the gates propped opened at all times because they are too lazy to walk down to them to let their friends in.

I don’t know if its not on here because I didn’t do a formal police report, but I also had a guy indecently expose himself to me last week. This happened on Clarendon Blvd just west of Rhodes, and it was a Latino male in his 40s or so… I called 911 right away and the guy fled, and then I saw cops patrolling the area later. I hope he gets caught soon.
