
A full slate of artistic performances are coming to Arlington this fall and winter.
From the D.C.-area premiere of a Pulitzer Prize winning play to a comedy show starring the actor who played Todd Packer on “The Office,” here’s a look at musicals, concerts, plays and shows that are coming to the county in coming weeks and months.

- “Fun Home” from Oct. 25-Nov. 9: presented by Dominion Stage at Gunston Arts Center’s Theatre Two, 2700 S. Lang Street.
- “A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum” from Oct. 29-Jan. 12: presented by the Signature Theatre at 4200 Campbell Avenue.
- “The Little Comedies” from Dec. 19-Jan. 4: presented by Synetic Theater at Theatre on the Run, 3700 S. Four Mile Run Drive.
- “In the Heights” from Feb. 11-May 4: presented by the Signature Theater at 4200 Campbell Avenue.
Plays
- “Primary Trust” from Sept. 10-Oct. 20: presented by the Signature Theatre at 4200 Campbell Avenue. This is the D.C.-area premiere of a play that won the 2024 Pulitzer Prize for Drama.
- “Hamlet… The Rest is Silence” from Sept. 28-Oct. 13: presented by Synetic Theater at Thomas Jefferson Community Theatre, 125 S. Old Glebe Road.
- “Killing Mockingbirds” on Oct. 4 and Oct. 6: presented by Avant Bard Theatre at Mason Exhibitions, 3601 Fairfax Drive.

Comedy
Several comedy shows and celebrity guests are slated to appear at the Arlington Drafthouse (2903 Columbia Pike) in the next few months. A full events list can be found on the venue’s website, and we’ve highlighted a few here.
- Paris Sashay, comedian, actor, writer and producer from D.C., on Sept. 15 and Oct. 3. (At the latter, she’ll perform her new comedy show, “Tequila Made Me Do It.”)
- Tim Meadows, comedian and former Saturday Night Live cast star, from Sept. 26-28.
- Mary Lynn Rajskub, who played Genevieve Mirren-Carter in “Brooklyn Nine-Nine” and Gail the Snail in “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia,” from Oct. 4-5.
- David Koechner, known for playing Todd Packer on “The Office” from Oct. 24-26. (This includes an “Office”-themed trivia night with Koechner on Oct. 26.)
