Encore Stage & Studio is excited to announce auditions for our upcoming production, Flip the Script: Foodways! We are calling all aspiring performers and crew members to be part of this special show that celebrates the rich diversity of food traditions on Columbia Pike.
Flip the Script is an original series created by Encore Stage & Studio that gives young people the chance to explore storytelling about Arlington!
We are looking for performers who are interested in exploring diverse stories through acting and collaboration. No previous experience is required—just a passion for performing and a love for learning about food traditions across cultures!
Audition Details:
• When: October 14 & 15, 5:30-8:30pm
• Where: Arlington Mill Community Center (909 S Dinwiddie St Arlington, VA 22204) & Encore Stage & Studio (3701 Lorcom Ln Arlington, VA 22207)
• Who Can Audition: Ages 9–18
• What to Prepare: Students will be asked to participate in improvisation exercises and scene work based on the theme of the show.
