Final Week for Margriad at Gunston Arts Center

Edgy, Intimate, Affordable: Arlington’s Avant Bard Theater, now in its 35th season, has four performances left of “The Margriad” described by critics as “an exhilarating Shakespearean remix … a wild ride of humor, deceit, devotion, and death” -(DC Theater Arts)

Final performances are 3/27 – 3/29, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings, as well as a 2pm Saturday matinee at the Gunston Arts Center.

The season will resume May 1st with with a bold new interpretation of Shakespeare’s Hamlet directed by the visionary Kathleen Akerley, an Avant Bard artistic associate.
