Arlington Community Foundation is proud to announce that nominations are now open for the 32nd Annual Spirit of Community Awards, recognizing individuals who have made extraordinary contributions to the Arlington community. This year marks an exciting new chapter in the event’s long-standing tradition with the introduction of two new honors: the Spirit of Leadership Award and the Spirit on the Rise Award. Nominations for all three awards are open now through Wednesday, June 18, 2025.
For over three decades, the Spirit of Community Awards & Luncheon has brought together hundreds of business, civic, nonprofit, and philanthropic leaders—as well as Arlingtonians from all walks of life—to celebrate those who make Arlington a stronger, more inclusive place to call home.
This year’s awards include:
-Spirit of Community Award – Recognizing selfless, trusted, and community-driven leaders whose volunteer service has made a lasting impact.
-Spirit of Leadership Award – Celebrating empathetic, collaborative, and innovative nonprofit professionals in leadership roles.
-Spirit on the Rise Award – Honoring emerging leaders who have already made an unmistakable impact in Arlington.
