Wildlife Winter Warm-Up

Saturday, January 10th from 2-3:30pm

Brrr, it’s getting cold outside! We put on a jacket or turn up the heat, but how do wildlife keep warm? Enjoy a campfire and smores, meet live animals, craft your own “polar bear mittens” to test how warm they keep your hands, make a DIY bird feeder, and more as we learn about the many ways wildlife adapt to survive the chilly winter months.

• Program Fee: $12 per participant for ages 7 and up.

• Participants: Children must be accompanied by an adult. Any attendee over 7 (to include adults) is considered a participant.

• Registration: Registration closes the day prior to the program. ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST PREREGISTER.

• Meet at the nature center.
